Michael Winner RIP

So sad to hear Michael Winner has died at the age of 77 of liver problems related to becoming ill after eating a dodgy oyster a few years back.

Apparently he was told at the start of last year that he had just 18 months to live after coming perilously close to death 5 times since the illness started, he also had a large number of operations to try and combat the liver problems he suffered.

I hadn't heard this, and didn't realise he was having so much trouble healthwise. How sad.

Very sad. He was quite a character.... annoying at times, but talked a lot of common sense. His "Winner's Dinners" were always a fun read. Jay.
