Lá Fhéile Pádraig faoi mhaise duit
In the interests of equality (since we did the same for St David the sheep botherer) - Happy St Patrick's Day to anyone of the Irish persuasion
Right, I'm off for a Guinness and a bet on the 2:10 at Cheltenham !!

Well as a Murphy before marriage I'm celebrating St. Patrick's day too Cubie
Many years ago my husband and I did a cruise which visited Cork and we went to Kinsale (which is the birthplace of the great grandfather who came over to Wales for work) in the hope of finding some connection but honestly every other shop/garage/pub was owned by Murphys (bit like Jones in Wales) so we gave up.
Enjoy your Guinness
