One for the ladies
I have been made aware of a good website called just last season.
It sells Jacques Vert, Precis etc.
Today most of the items even expensive cruise type dresses which were retailing at approx £165 are £25.
I have just bought two dresses.

One of the reasons that the items are so cheap is that most of those brands have recently gone out of business - or so Mrs83 tells me when I have to pay full price for things!!!!

I have recently bought two dresses from that site. One was for my son's wedding for £59 which was half price. The other one which I was undecided about for the wedding came up at £29 which I couldn't resist. I now get regular emails from Just Last Season but have tried not to look at the £25 sale.

Hi Lindsey, I've bought several dresses from Just Last Season, one dress was reduced from £149 to £29 in a one-day flash sale. The clothes are in perfect condition they arrive on hangers wrapped in clear plastic. It's worth signing up to their site to receive the offers.

The other good point is the free delivery if you spend over £50 and free returns.

I've been using this website for a few years now. I recently brought a very dressy jacket - good for formal evenings over a glitzy top - was reduced from£179 to £25! A bargain in my book. They have free returns too which is excellent.

Re: One for the ladies
And to think I used to buy in the department stores, this web site is excellent.
They do Precis petite which is excellent to me being only 5ft tall.
For one day only last week Debenhams designer bags were half price , bought a lovely evening bag as a gift for a friend's 70th.
Been a good week for bargains.

Re: One for the ladies
I am OK with last season, even a few years older than last season, but with classic, timeless pieces you can't go wrong ; BUT, some photos I have seen, posted elsewhere of people on cruises, (even cruise company promotion photos),not photos on here, have been almost vintage; 60's/70's clothes and they have the hair and make up to complement the look. Stuck in a time warp maybe, or even not allowed to update their wardrobe by a partner who holds the purse strings? I am talking both men and women in this respect, but not the make up aspect, but who knows! They may use make up to enhance their appearance before the photos that they post, such is the vanity of some.
