I see we are back up and running again.

The site was down earlier, or at least it was for me. I kept getting the following error message when trying to open the web page.

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Connection refused [2002]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
