Deleting present Avatar????

How do I delete old Avatar and replace with new one. It says "delete" in box, but doesn't do anything. !!! Jay

Did you click the submit box ( if there is one ) to update your preference Jay.

Tick ' delete ' then browse to the replacement, and correctly sized, pic ...

Hit ' Submit ' .... et voila
