Had another great Chinese meal out with friends last night. I just love Kung Pao chicken and king prawns in garlic sauce. Mmmmm mmm.

Chinese food is presently on the No-No list .... it was reported this week that one meal typically contains 50% of one's daily salt intake.

So what's the problem? That means you can have two Chinese meals each day!Manoverboard wrote: 17 Mar 2018, 11:04Chinese food is presently on the No-No list .... it was reported this week that one meal typically contains 50% of one's daily salt intake.

Brought back the latest brochure from our Ventura cruise, comparing prices for next January's 28 nighter the balcony price has increased by 650 pounds, the 500 pounds extra OBC they were offering no longer seems so generous.
