Ball tampering
Is it just me or is anyone else thoroughly sick of whingeing disgraced Aussie cricketers and their crocodile tears? They're not sorry they cheated. They're sorry they've been caught and banned.
And those bans are pitifully short. To my simple mind the penalty for cheating in any sport should be a lifetime ban. End of. That might dissuade others from doing the same.

Whinging Ausies. They're only sorry because they got caught. No sympathy for cheats. They deserve all they get.

Re: Ball tampering
Little boys cheat and little boys cry when they get caught ... they need to man up in the face of a lifetime ban regarding International cricket.
ps ... nice to note that Somerset have axed their contract for the also ran.

So very sad, methinks that cheating is prevalent in many ways in lots of sports

Re: Ball tampering
A sports person may take years and only have one chance to try and win that coveted medal/ trophy/title, only to be beaten at the post, then ,after the event only to find out that the person who stepped on the winners podium had cheated. That cheat had taken all the applause and all the glory, something which the true sports person had been denied of and again been cheated out of,and may never again be able to enjoy that chance of stepping up on the podium so cruelly denied.
Again I agree with you Mervyn

Re: Ball tampering
Nor me. But I don't like cheating and especially I don't like people who whinge and turn on the tears when they're caught.
