Hmm. Wonder why not? It was really useful. Maybe they got too many people queuing to query their account obstructing those queuing to remove their tips?

I got in early to avoid the rush remove mine. You should have seen the queue on the last day.

On our last cruise we had to join the queue to remove someone else's account from ours😈😤 Got a lot of excuses for their mistake.

Funny you should say that. I went down to reception one day on our recent cruise and got given someone else's account statement. And that's after they asked for my cruise card for ID.

Idiots.

We had home made burgers on the bbq yesterday. Think we'll be sticking to supermarket ones in future.

One of my DILs uses an onion sauce mix to bind and season the mince to make her burgers, and they are delicious and never fall apart.

Ours didn't fall apart, just, but they weren't the same as brought in Aberdeen Angus quarter pounders. Mind you, it was our first attempt. Think we'll be sticking to the brought in ones in future, less faffing about.

For two persons … a la Mobietta cos she needs to have low salt and lo-no fat

200gms home minced all lean sirloin steak placed in a Pyrex type bowl.

Zap - torn off crusts from one slice of a small brown Hovis loaf, 1/2 an Oxo plus 1tsp dried Oregano or Italian Herbs - in an electric food / nut grinder.

Mix this thoroughly with the steak mince then add 1/4 of a chopped Onion plus 1/2 a beaten egg then mix well again.

Divide into two and put each half in turn into a ' Burger Making Kit ', this compresses the burger to prevent it falling apart. Place the burgers on a tray on the coldest shelf in the fridge for several hours or until ready to cook.

I have an electric Prestige Grill Pan which puts those yummy lines on the cooked burger. Medium heat and 6 mins per side.

Lubbly jubbly on Brioche Buns served with slices of Stilton Cheese, butter fried Onions and a bowl of Chips.

Sounds good Moby.

The other recipe is.

When shopping, pick up a pack of four Aberdeen Angus quarter pounders
Remove from packaging and place on hot BBQ grill
Cook at around 180-200deg for about 5 minutes each side
Check with thermometer probe that centre core temperature reads 75 deg. (75 to stay alive)
Remove and place in buttered roll of choice with sliced cheese, relish or fried onions.

I've had a Weber burger maker for ages yet only used it for the first time yesterday.I'll pass the recipe onto the boss and see what she thinks. She preps, I'm technical....the cook ;)

No, nothing that serious. However, it did involve a couple of fire engines, the elf and safety bods and a structural engineer. Hardly worth mentioning really.
