Internet Explorer 10 and iSpell
1. I installed IE10 this morning and it knocked out my login details. I checked and double checked them but they would not work. Reverted back to IE8 and still they would not work. After some faffing about and a new password I managed to logon. What a perlavar.
2. Whenever I post on here I always check my spelling with ispell. Checked a post today and got the following error message.
[yellow triangle] Exception raised! Automation server can't create object.

Stephen -I do not think that either of those problems are specifically related to the forum but are more likely to be IE10 related.
As I do not use IE, and I am away I cannot check it out at the moment

Just trying this out on IE10 in a Windows 8 enviro0nment Stephen and logging in was fine for me.
Have also downloaded the iespell add-in which seems to be working fine.
I therefore guess the problem is at your end.

Re: Internet Explorer 10 and iSpell
Apparently ieSpell is for 32bit systems only. Strange though since it was working fine on my Windows 7 64bit system up untill I loaded IE10 on.
I also use a program called 'Favorg' that turns all your web links in favourites to the logo of the company. That won't now work either.
I did find another spell checker called 'Speckie' that works, but it's not as good as ieSpell. I have two other options, either do a system restore or try Google Chrome that apparently has a spell checker built in.

You could always get a dictionary. Were you off school the day they did spelling ?!Stephen wrote:1. I installed IE10 this morning and it knocked out my login details. Talking of Dics, how are you me old mate.
Done a system restore, all is now well. But for whatever reason Windows 7 64bit does not like IE10.
