I am all for amazing experiences, when viewed on the telly, but on transatlantic return on Ventura in March it was listing so badly in the wind and high seas that pushing my wife's wheelchair uphill was not my idea of fun.

That's why we always book midships. Irrespective of balcony size, layout and price, Trish is not a good sailor and that sort of movement would spoil her cruise. It's just not worth the risk for us.

I would agree normally Merv, but not sure there would be much movement going round Dubai in December.

You may be right but even the remotest possibility would put Trish off so it's not worth the risk for us. But if it doesn't worry you by all reports those cabins are excellent.
