Microwave Bacon
Just a tip for nice 'crispy bacon' cooked in the microwave.
You will need.....
Microwave
Bacon
4 sheets of kitchen roll
Plate
Method
Place two sheets of kitchen roll on plate.
Lay 4/5 rashers on kitchen roll
Cover with kitchen roll
Cook on high power for 4/5 minutes.
Yummy crispy bacon.

Good recipe Keith. Can't be doing with the usual insipid looking soggy bacon you usually get from a microwave or which they sometimes dish up in hotels.
I was once walking with a friend who was telling me he was on a low fat diet. He was telling me how he always grilled his bacon at which his wife interrupted him and said "Now tell him what you do with the fat!!!" Must admit I'd do the same!!!

Me too Foxy.......not to mention mopping up the fat drippings on a slice of bread. I promised myself that l'll stop doing this when my cholesterol reaches 4.5.....right l'm just off for my late run around the park.
