403 Forbidden error
When I found this "New" site after the demise of the P&O Forum I bookmarked the page. For several weeks after I always "clicked" the bookmark
and went straight to the site without any problem. However I`m now unable to do this as I keep getting "403 Forbidden error etc" It`s the only
one of my bookmarked sites that this is happening to. To gain access to the site I`m having to go into my history pages prior to the error
occurring, Anyone any clues?

Hi Tarbie.
There is a (temporary hopefully) glitch with the site - something to do with the web-hosting company.
Try refreshing the page when you get that message and the forum should appear after a few clicks at most.

Re: 403 Forbidden error
I'm glad its not just me!
I did exactly the same - bookmarked the page and have been using the same link for a couple of months.
A few days ago, I couldnt access the site and had a similar message. I sent details to my IT expert (number 2 son) who confirmed there wasnt anything the matter with my computer!
Access to the site is better now but every now and then I get the error message.
Probably heal with time!

I think the error should be left as it is and not repaired. It brings back fond memories of the old P&O site. Can we rustle up Derek Kane and part time admin as well?

How do you know he is not out there in disguise.

Dear Noddy,
I doubt very much that Derek Kane would bother with a disguise.

I had toothache a while ago and I miss that... but would I want it back again? I'll have to think about thatAdmiral of the Humber wrote:Dear Keechy,

As for a disguise, I saw a picture of him in the gallery on the P&O forum and he was craftily wearing a monocle on each eye.
