Walsall School having to employ nappy changer

Unread post by Onelife »

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-b ... m-47867342

A woman this morning gave an explanation saying the problem with school age children not being toilet trained was due to the better quality of nappies. She said… Children don’t realise they have sh*t themselves because nappies are so absorbent these days. :wtf:

Totally irresponsible parenting could be the other reason?

Our daughter was fully potty trained within 18 months….only ever wet the bed twice.

Too right! Blame anybody but the parents is the norm these days. Perhaps we should ban absorbent nappies.

If the Govt are going to force everyone to switch back to terry nappies, do let me know in good time so that I can buy shares in a supplier. 8-)

Aren't 16 year olds a bit old for nappies.

My lo was in 'fake' nappies as we struggled with real ones. Still potty trained though and not in school for another year and a bit. So really not a great excuse! And being dry was only one of a list of things these children couldn't do, like holding a pencil or using cutlery. Not sure they can blame the nappies on that!
