Working OK in Yorkshire, although they have recently advised me that one of my accounts has been closed because it might have been hacked. Not had time to sort it out with them yet.

Mmmm. A strange one. Mrs S's email is working fine. Mine keeps saying 'check username and account settings', which I have and are correct.

Might be a call to Sky.......hahaha

Found out the problem.

Sky have stopped all customers from logging onto their accounts. Turns out, due to new security rules all customers have to renew their login password. Apparently all customers should have been sent a letter telling them about the changes. Not at Maldon Towers they didn't.

The numpty girl didn't have much of a clue, kept diving off to get advice. After several attempts and reading between the lines I sorted it myself in the end.
