It will probably "pick up" in the next week or so when the next batch of cruises are released.

Anyone heard any date as to when that will be?
Will the new batch take us well into 2012 David. Will be looking for something July 2021 for our 40th wedding anniversary.

Mrs S has often mentioned going round the British Isles. I might see what the coach fair is... for one :D
You're a bit of a slow coach Stephen, we celebrated our 54th yesterday.

That's because I have yoof on my side John :D

Congratulations to you and Mrs T

Well I'm here too, after being away for nearly a year due to moving house. Had to be in temporary accommodation for 5months and the laptop was packed away in storage so I had no way of accessing Crow's Nest. I used to be aquamaid (but my profile doesn't seem to have transferred when you moved site) so hence PetuniaPotts! Now living on the beautiful Isle of Wight and enjoying retirement life. Next cruise booked to Christmas Markets with Fred Olsen (that's if Europe lets us in!).

Please be aware that this site is not, and never has been, connected in any way, shape or form with Crows Nest.

Gill, I bet your granddaughter enjoyed Disneyland, and perhaps you as well.
Oh yes we all did. It was a magical experience - she wants to live there now :D

It must be almost 30 years since we went to Disney Paris (is that land or world?). We went on a cruise (Canberra) and our two children were super excited. I was a bit skeptical and when I heard muzak coming from the trees as we walked from the coach park I really thought we had reached rock bottom. How wrong! I really enjoyed the whole thing. I was particularly impressed at the way they organised ( read ‘hid’) queues. Every ride attracted you by its apparently short queue....until you got there.
I was speaking to a Disney employee about the folk who wander about dressed up as Disney characters. She said that the staff must stay in role at all times unless a safety issue occurs.
I’m a complete Disneyophile now -at least the older stuff!
Well, that’ll be me whistling ‘It’s a small world after all’ for the rest of the day.

Gill, love the fact that your granddaughter wants to live in Disneyland. I know we enjoyed it as well when we went many years ago.

That's OK then. It's just that when I typed in Crows Nest it immediately linked to this site and I also recognised quite a few names. However I like this site so I'm sticking with it if that's OK with you. Thanks.

We ‘did’ Disney in the 90’s. We had two holidays to Orlando, one to Anaheim in California and one break to Disneyland Paris. We don’t have children, so it was just the two of us and we loved it.

I think you’d have to be very cynical not to get caught up in the ‘magic’

We’ve been transferring old videos to DVD, so we've recently been reliving our experiences- I was also reminded of how slim I was!

Ou 40th Anniversary is in August 2021.

We have something special in mind - hopefully we’ll be booking soon.
