Suddenly this morning 23 notifications in my inbox, not had one for months. Did David's computer have a bad night or was Moby fiddling with it.

I only get the notifications that I would expect to receive so adjust your settings as Meg advises.
If you need any assistance .... ask somebody else after that terrible slur you made earlier.

Are you certain that Moby is not moonlighting as a poltergeist?

So I had a mosy round the notifications thingy and see a load of ticks. Unticked e.mail and submitted. Never really have a look around the back, as I am never sure what I am clicking on.
Just give me the easy life.

I have had 3 emails today telling me that there had been replies to a topic that I had commented on previously. It's the virtual cruise thread. I have turned off the subscribe topic under Topic Tools to no avail. And please everyone cut the banter on this thread while it's sorted out. It is annoying trying to find coherent help amongst the funny cracks.

Cutting out the banter is simply not achievable, nor indeed would we wish to.MaureenB wrote: 06 Jun 2020, 15:18I have had 3 emails today telling me that there had been replies to a topic that I had commented on previously. The problem you mention is however within your own control.
So ' Select '
User Control Profile / Board Preferences / Edit Notification Options / Someone replies to a topic to which you are subscribed / Deselect e-mail ..... but don't forget to click on ' Submit ' at the bottom of the display.
