I'm generally tucked up in bed by midnight and would normally rise around 7.30 which up until a few months ago was the norm for me but since Covid my body clock is all over the place, while l still go to bed around midnight l'm now wide awake before 5.30 most mornings. This has necessitated a move out of the marital bed due to me keep waking my wife up.
So the question is....has your body clock been affected by Covid?
P.s l sometimes can't remember what day it is let alone when the weekend begins
