Help needed
One of my community activities includes being the editor of a Parish magazine. I am struggling to find a suitable front cover for the December issue and was wondering if any of you keen photographers have a photo of a Christmas scene that you would allow me to use. The magazine is A5 and the photo needs to be portrait. Many thanks

Re: Help needed
Click on the link at the bottom of my posts Jack and scroll down to the end. There might be one or two you could use. Although they are more like winter scenes than Christmas. But your welcome to have a look.

Hi Jack, try running a google search for something like "licence and copyright free christmas scenes" (or be more specific) - you should get a reasonable choice.

Hi Sparrow...l'm presuming you have already asked readers to submit pictures like what our parish magazine editor does? The senders get their name printed on the front page and we get a few regular subscribers......l've sent some lovely photos of me but as yet they haven't been published....can't think why not, but hey!

Seeing some old duffer from the Midlands in his leather bondage gear probably isn't what the readers are after.Onelife wrote: 19 Oct 2020, 09:29Hi Sparrow...l'm presuming you have already asked readers to submit pictures like what our parish magazine editor does? I’ve asked one of the primary schools to have a bash at it...you never know... of all the cruises I have been on I didn’t get one of santa.... mind you he is probably social distancing or in total lockdown this year

I have a couple I took at Castle Howard a couple of years ago ( they do the place up for the festive season.) I’ll have a look when I return home later this week.
