I blame the one who bought Keefy the Sound of Music Songbook for Christmas.

Watched that Black Narcissus last night. After all the hype I was very disappointed with it. Won't bother to watch any more.

I’m so bored I’m thinking of ringing up someone in India to ask if they have had an accident that wasn’t their fault

Re: TV programmes
We took your advice and gave that one a miss.
We gave the usual drivel over Christmas and the New Year another miss as well last night and resorted to iPlayer. We found the third in the Wild Year series which has been excellent which was the North Yorkshire Moors. It was a lovely programme, maybe most of the places we have either walked or visited but the photography and the commentary were superb and made for pleasant, relaxed viewing.
We then found the series of London Kills. We had seen a couple of episodes and enjoyed it but couldn't find any more Anyway they are now back on iPlayer, Series 1 and 2 so if you like a good murder investigation you may enjoy these. We have already gone through all series of Line of Duty so we are pleased to have found this one.
Better than the Covid version of Dibley!!!

Re: TV programmes
Just enjoyed another good programme on BBC4 called Villages by the Sea. I presume it's part of a series but this one was centred on Robin Hood's Bay and its smuggling past. Very interesting especially if you know that part of the world or intend going there. Well worth a visit and they do some great fish and chips down a little alley way at the bottom of the hill.
