From where I’m sitting OBF had three options open to him

(1) Do nothing...and allow the thread to descend into a character assassination....”without redress”

(2) Edit...and run the risk of deflating what up to a point was light hearted banter.


(3) Timely intervention...which as a result has kept the thread ticking over nicely.

As much as it grieves me to say this I think we should give credit where credit is due to our old friend OBF as he could have huffed and puffed and blown the house down.
