That pair are vermin (at the risk of being insulting to vermin). One of the pieces of filth was actually videoing or photographing their vandalism. These are the types that I hope somebody of the same ilk as them gets to them before the police do.

I am sure their defence will be that they had mental health issues due to lockdown (like the teenager that kicked the OAP into a river).
