Help with Plymouth Restaurant please
We are going to Plymouth next Autumn for a Conference - my husband is organising his club's attendance. He needs to find a restaurant in Plymouth that could serve up to 20 people - obviously a number a small tables rather than one large one. We have no knowledge of Plymouth at all so I wondered if anyone could recommend any places we could consider. We are staying right in the centre of the city near the Hard but everyone will have cars so we can travel if necessary. I would think an Enlgish/French type of restaurant - not Indian or Chinese. I would be very grateful for any help as I have been given the job of finding somewhere! I will obviously look on Trip Advisor but I just thought maybe someone on here would have some ideas.

Wetherspoons, Carole?
McDonald's? Maybe not, eh?
Sorry Carole, Plymouth's a bit out of my range but hopefully it's bumped your post.

Thanks OBF. I've been on Trip Advisor and picked out half a dozen that look possible but it's always good to have a personal recommendation.

Gary Rhodes has a restaurant on the Hoe. Not been ourselves yet but it's bound to be good! We always seem to us places just outside Plymouth. Could give you lots of excellent places but I doubt they would be any good for you!
