I can see you have all been taking advantage of my weekend off, well its now over, I'm back.

A key fob is keyless entry.

I knows what Towny means. A fob, where you have to actually press a button (almost keyless), as opposed to something, often like a credit card, in your pocket which opens the car without you doing anything (fully keyless).

The latter are notorious for blaggards nicking cars unless you have the key/card in a lead lined box under 6 feet of concrete.

What seems absurd to me is that owners with these are now taking to fitting steering locks (Krooklocks in our day) which are more faff to take off than pushing a button on your almost keyless fob.
