I accidentally dropped a load of Viagra on the floor shortly after taking one.
I was crawling around on all fives for about half an hour looking for them.

As I was pushing the patient to the operating theatre, I couldn't work out why the NHS always say they are strapped for cash.

There was still a pound in this trolley.
