We much prefer to find a quite spot on deck or sit on the balcony. We certainly wouldn't even think about laying round the pool hemmed in like sardines. No no no. Plus being on your own deck you haven't got to go too far to top up your preferred tipple

I still take the old 3litre wine box so it’s nice to wander up to the buffet for some cold pickings for lunch and wash it down with a cold glass of vino while soaking up the rays in perfect company and comfort.

We’ve had both ends of the spectrum - a suite for the world cruise and insides for most others - the suite on all honesty wasn’t worth paying 3 times as much - we’ve always been very lucky with updates though as well

I'm not a pool person and am looking forward to sitting on my balcony away from the noise if the children.
It's going to be a change as usually go on Aurora or Arcadia. Both of my other 2 cruises next year are Aurora and Arcadia.

Yes - and I have a cruise booked on Arcadia for 2023 - the one we should have done in 2020

We’ve got c deck balcony on Ventura in June.

We also have a C deck balcony booked for June Canaries cruise and the 7 night Cruise calling at Porto.

Just hope they are not being used as isolation cabins. We had same cabin booked for September but P & O cancelled the cabin and moved us to R deck. They told us it was an upgrade. We had strong words and cancelled the cruise and transferred to Iona.

As we are due to pay for this cruise soon I have just written to them asking them to confirm that the cabin we booked is available.

Know what you are saying OL. When out on the balcony and leaning on the rail looking out to sea, you do tend to look down and the occupants of the cabins below may also be on their balcony. I find it easy just to acknowledge them with a hello, it breaks the ice.
