We are down to bare bones with CBs but I would rather play one of the U23s after his performance on Wednesday. I wonder if Gillingham would want him.

Woodman and Garrard from Boreham Wood appear to be the two favourites.Bensham33 wrote: 21 Jan 2022, 18:17ObF...you said that about Iheanacho, he turned out to be okay didn't he?![]()

Barney....have the Gills appointed their new manager yet? Rumour is they are interested in Andy Woodman. They don't want him, he's bleedin useless.
Palace are at home to Liverpool on Sunday. Expect a Bloody from me later.
Half a season to go and it’s not all over yet.
The fat lady is not even warming up.
Norwich stick a couple of victories together and are out of the relegation zone .
What odds on Watford getting a new manager next week ?

Pretty pleased with our point today. Must say Potter has put together a pretty decent team. They will cause one or two teams a few problems. The "Useless Lump" didn't play today, we had Big Dan back from AFCON and hopefully we'll get one or two back from injury very shortly.

There is some talk of Watford getting a new manager ... however unlikely
ps ... no way was that a pen for Liverpool, Jota changed direction to collide with the goalie

Don't be daft! We're talking Watford.
Seriously I often wonder where they're looking when they appoint their managers. You can't get it wrong so many times or is it a case of not giving them time.

Poor old Claudio. How could you do it?
I wonder how much he picks up in compensation?

Was it Andy Warhol who said “everyone will manage Watford for fifteen minutes”

Mobi, with all the money Watford have spent on compo for their managers, you can have bought quite a few top class players.

Too late for us now Towny.towny44 wrote: 25 Jan 2022, 08:45Mobi, with all the money Watford have spent on compo for their managers, you can have bought quite a few top class players.
Our new manager will start preparing for promotion next season with a brand new team.
We have twelve out of contract out of twenty.
Those that we would wish to keep will easily get new clubs and we’re glad to see the back of the others.
I don’t even think we’ll have a keeper to start preseason.
Still, new broom and all that.
The last time we took a non league manager on, he got promotion in year one and relegation in year two

Woy is English as well which will definitely rule him out.
Do Watford still have countless players on loan from Italy or was it Portugal. Perhaps that their problem. No player loyalty.

"Sportsmail understands that only the final bits of paperwork need completing before Hodgson and his assistant Ray Lewington are appointed following the sacking of Claudio Ranieri on Monday."
Watford want Roy. Great news.

It might be great news for you ... Woy is Boring
Very few loanees these days although several players go to and from Udinese which is also owned by the Pozzo family. These are certified transfers not loans albeit the money and the player stays ' in house '.

Re: Football 21/22
You won't be calling Roy boring if he keeps you in the Premier League. It's also brilliant football when it works and you win.
