Betty was superb, firmness with a sense of humour and I rather like Lindsay Hoyle. He doesn't stand any nonsense.
But Bercow was too full of his own importance and the sight of him being led out of his chair by Dawn Butler was jaw droppingly embarrassing, only serving to underline what a deviously biased little creep he was.

Foolish man! I have no sympathy with him. I wonder if the Queen has had her knee on his neck to settle out of court. It's been going on for far too long.

Was it not exactly that sort of kinkiness that got him into trouble originally?

Brian Blessed once told a story on HIGNFY about the Queen using the 'F' word ... but she was explaining its usage to Brian who accidentally let it slip. I believe Prince Phillip often made the air turn blue.

Apparently, there’s a rumour going round that Her Majesty used the same words only last week when she said to Andrew “here’s your money, now F*** off”Kendhni wrote: 15 Feb 2022, 17:35Brian Blessed once told a story on HIGNFY about the Queen using the 'F' word ... but she was explaining its usage to Brian who accidentally let it slip. What a cowardly slimeball Prince Perv is ... so much for demanding his day in court, while flying around the country from palace to palace to stop papers being served. £12 million to charity? How noble, it is suspected that £10m is to pay off Giuffre and £2m to charity .. plus the millions he will have paid for absolutely shoddy legal advice.
This pathetic excuse for a man must never be allowed to take any official post or represent this country again.

Re: Current Affairs
Just playing devils advocate but can anyone find details of the crime that Andrew has been accused of?
If it’s sleeping with a seventeen year old, then that’s not a crime in the U.K. unless without consent.
Has he been accused of rape?

It appears to me that he’s guilty of being a slime ball but not any crime.
I’m certainly not attempting to defend the guy in any way but if they have evidence of a crime, why hasn’t that come forward?

I doubt it was rape, perhaps she needed the money as well as a good time ...
In my book the slag girl should also be charged, perhaps for entrapment of an innocent person who served in the forces for his Queen and Country

Re: Current Affairs
If, as she said at the outset, that she was not going to settle out of court and wanted her day in court why has she now settled? In my opinion either she was "made an offer she could not refuse" and/or her legal team were not convinced that she would win.
As to why Andrew made the offer - probably cost less that a protracted court case in America.
