Just wonder if anyone can help me put a photo on my profile. I'm a bit of a "duck-egg" when it comes to computers
(although I must be improving to get on here).

I have tried going to my profile but nothing seemed apparent on how to.

There's also more threads about too.

Go to the wheel thingy (User Control Panel)
Click on Profile, then Edit Avatar.
You can then select a picture from on your pooter...but watch the max size is now 100x100, I think.
