Anyone would think Utd were the only players to surround the ref.Palace did quite a lot of it yesterday. As for fergie. How can you criticise the countries greatest ,most successful manager.? Sure he had his faults and at least because of ‘Fergie’ time you now know how long extra time there is.

Interested to know foxy who all this talent was that rotted on the bench.?
You obviously didn't watch the game. Palace never surround the referee let alone in the threatening, aggresive way Man U used to do it. Game after game at that time they questioned every decision. Ince was constantly in the referees face. It was disgraceful and they got away with it.

Ferguson was out of order. He was the one that didn't appreciate added time. He wanted less if Man U were winning and more if they were losing, quite clearly. Looking at it you can understand why Man U players disrespected the ref so much, there manager did it.

I can talk football all day if that's what you want but please don't make things up. You are better than that.

Opportunity lost I’d say.
Bizarre sending offs.
Two players attempting to win a midfield ball. Full blooded collision.
Both sent off ???
I didn’t even see it as a foul by either player.
I’d reckon both will appeal.
The Gills will stay up but they are certainly doing it the hard way. I will watch the sending offs on Quest tonight.

Sad to hear that Ronaldo’s baby boy has passed away.

Love or loathe him it’s heartbreaking.

Over the past 40-50 there's a litany of players bought by United who were rarely heard of again. There's a few here but if you look further back there are plenty of others who, because of the riches of talent United had available found their footballing careers brought to a halt. Scan through Google and there are plenty more.

Sorry Foxy but that really isn’t a good presentation.!
I agree that some of those listed never got much game time, basically because they were simply not good enough, they were bought with promise but just never lived up to it and were soon shown the door. Di Maria was bought from Madrid , who basically pushed him out of the door to us, he never really wanted to come and used the excuse of being burgled to get out. Sanchez was never the player he was at Arsenal,he flopped fantastically, well past his prime.
I would say that Utd made some really bad decisions, even under fergie who bought Bebe after watching a video.! Show me a club that hasn’t made bad buys or those that just didn’t work out. I wouldn’t say that Utd scooped up ‘talent’ to leave them to rot.!

Let's face it, some of those players sitting on the subs bench will rarely if ever get a game and some will never get that far because if there is a weakness in the United team they will go out and buy anew.
This is very different to less affluent clubs who have to work with what they have got.

I've seen the tackle and to be honest I think the referee saw it as two players trying to hurt one and other. They were both out of control and it looked like they were both over the ball. It did look reckless. I think the referee was a bit harsh in showing them red. He should have given them the benefit of the doubt and given them a yellow. Also the referee might have seen it at a different angle. Lesson for both players don't fly into a tackle and make the ref make a decision.

Absolutely correct foxy, unfortunately that’s the name of the game.! I wish Utd would give more time to the youngsters, not just the odd appearance. The money clubs are all the same though, nothing is ever going to change, not even just slating Utd for it.

Funny how fans see things differently mate.
I'm not disputing that the ref called it as he saw it.
That's his job to.
Slow mo shows that Kelman (Gills player) never left the ground and was under the Fleetwood players foot when contact was made.
I think the ref has called it dangerous because of the velocity of both players in the tackle and ultimately, one was stretched off.
A few years back, that would have been considered a full blooded tackle but not anymore.
Anyway, being a straight red and it's a two match ban, that is Kelman's season over unless the appeal is successful.
We're so thin on the ground player wise, that this hasn't helped.
I noticed that our only three 'flair' players, Carayol, McDonald and Lloyd were all sitting together at the top of the Brian Moore stand yesterday.
How we could do with one or two of them on the pitch.
We are basically hoof it up to the big guy and pray that something drops.

He’d wasn’t on the pitch at the time 😂
We had to make a tactical change after so moved an attacking midfielder forward and bought on Phillips for a central defender.
The very last thing the manager said to him before he came on was …… THINK !!!
We couldn’t afford two reds 😂
To be fair, he made no impact at all on what was a very crap game of football.

I think a straight red card for dangerous play is a 3 game ban.

Still it's a first I, have never seen 2 players sent off for the same tackle before
The referee applied the letter of the law. He could have given two yellows considering the importance of the match.

Harris has confirmed that he’s seen it from three different angles and will be appealing it.
The ref says that Kelman was over aggressive in the tackle and the other guy went over the top.
He’s fine by the way after getting stretchered off.

Regardless of Utd being totally shite and I honestly cannot see them winning any of their remaining games. How was that tackle by Keita on Lingard not a red.?

I wonder if they get extra points for the number of roll overs they can achieve from a simple unintended slap in the face.

Premier league football is an embarrassment.
Can anyone explain why a player gets a hand in the face and goes down like he’s been punched by Mike Tyson yet ten minutes later get a ball in the face and make little of it.
Can you imagine Steve Bruce carrying on like these tarts?
