As a mark of respect for Onelife's opinions I declined to comment as I realise he is not going to change his opinion and neither am I so we could part as friends on this issue.

I actually read it a couple of times but there was little, if anything, about Meghan's 'version of the truth' which she came out with in her interview with her best mate from next door, Oprah and instead it seemed to focus much more on allegations of sexism, racism and poor little misunderstood MeAgain.

The racist card is an interesting one which she likes to play. Considering she has a white father I was always `perplexed when she declared herself as being 'like you' on their visit to Africa. She is nothing 'like them' being wealthy, married to a prince and having a white parent. It actually told me how deluded she is.

As a white caucasian it does rather trouble me that anyone with even a minor amount of black Genes, is categorised as black. Where is the justice in denying their white genes?

There was a recent prog running on t'telly about Celebs and their Genes ... it was interesting to see the mix, very wide ranging and quite surprising. It is likely that many so called whites have more than a hint of black.

This whole race thing is cobblers in my humble white male middle class view. A bit like the gay thing. They want equality, which I fully support. But then they constantly play the race or homophobia card and highlight their differences. Equality comes naturally when we ignore differences, not demand apologies for the sins of 200 years ago.

I'm a pedigree Anglo Saxon, none of this mongrel rubbish for me but I figured if I wore a hat with horns on they would accept me as one of their own.
