Web site extremely slow

Do you think its maybe Windows 3.1 and Netscape 2 that could be the problem ?

I adhere to any notification from Microsoft to update as soon as they inform me

Still much slower than any other site on my desktop - has been for months. Not complaining, David, not your fault, but it's a bit frustrating.
