Thete were nearly always 2 fish dishes on the MDR dinner menu, not counting the salmon, on Britannia in June, and I cannot really remembe there being a roast beef dish on the Menu, unless you count beef wellington.

It may have something to do with how much money they are taking through the Bar.
On this cruise, maybe not enough. So cut out the fish, just give them salmon, beans and meat.
