Well done England, first woman's game I have watched and it was an enjoyable game, entertaining and either team would have deserved to win.

I enjoyed both the game and the victory.

After our hapless performance on Saturday, it was nice to see a team moving the ball quickly and actually being aggressive.

I'm not a footie fan and didn't watch. Too busy with the Grand Prix. But I'm delighted they won. A mate of mine who is a footie fan but had become disenchanted with the Am Dram antics of the men's game says it's actually revived his interest.

If the Hornets continue to play as well as they did last night against the Blades then our new Manager could still be with us come the New Year  :D

Watford look likely to be getting a very good young RB on loan from Utd, ( Ethan Laird ) the lad needs games, hopefully the manager stays and plays him.

Now the girly football has finished, we can now get down to the serious football leagues.
Quick exit left.

I must admit that I never followed women’s football but did actually enjoy it.
I did some research and was pretty amazed to find that the average attendance in the Women’s Super League is around 1,500 and the average ticket price is £3.
They have an awful long way to go but if 10% of those raving about how brilliant women’s football is actually attend matches, it should improve quickly.

Perhaps it was popular short term cos there wasn't much proper footy up for grabs. Come Friday when the Prem and EFL are up 'n' running I deffo won't be watching or recording the girlie games.

Serious question Moby.
Championship, winning games and a good buzz
Or
Premier League, hoping to nick the odd point here and there?

We undoubtedly play our best football at the Championship level but we may not be able to hang on to our front three, as in Sarr, Dennis and Joao Pedro.

Not winning, even at home, for months on end in the Prem was quite depressing so for me I will be entirely happy being in the Championship. However for the Club to survive longer term it may be best that we should aim to join Norwich in the YoYo stakes but only for the parachute payments.

That was the worst sh*t show of a first half I think I’ve ever seen from Utd,and I’ve seen quite a few.
We’ll played Brighton, totally outplayed us, welbeck ran us ragged, don’t suppose he’d like to come back. Didn’t think so.At least we’re not bottom yet.

We were pretty sensational in the first half and looking like we could knock up a cricket score against Brentford. In the last 20 minutes we fell apart, gave away two goals and were hanging on for a draw. At least we didn't lose but all credit to Brentford who made good substitutions and took the fight to us.

I watched the Man U vs Brighton game very enjoyable, unless youre a Man U fan. Brighton played some exhilerating football and were good value for the win. If they play as well for the rest of the season they might be pushing for a top 4 finish. However lets see how well they perform against some of the top clubs, now who would have thought Man U would not figure in that list.

Your not wrong Towny. Unfortunately Utd are suffering from years of p*ss poor management from Woodward era. I cant blame the Glazers, theyve invested Millions in the squad, it's been absolutely really poor decisions. Utd are suffering for it and it will take another few years to get back anywhere near the top.

We won !
Not only did we win but we looked blooming good doing it.
Carbao cup tomorrow and I’m hoping he puts the kids out.
Too small a squad to risk injury.
It’s not like we’re ever going to win it
