The good lady was in hospital most of last week which resolved the problem but caused her back pain to flare up again. On the way out one of the nurses recommended a product called 'UdderMint'. Apparently it is something farmers slather all over cows udders for whatever reason ...and yes she has now herd [sic] all the expected jokes.

She has been using it on her back over the weekend and believes it has really helped and made a significant difference .. and she smells lovely and minty. I tried a little on my left hand ... some arthritis setting in ... hence why you see so many amendments to my posts ... I can spell but my fingers can't ... it has definitely helped.

Just mentioning it for others that may have aches and pains.

Both actually sell it but are more likely to sell by the 25L drum.
Amazons 600Ml tubes were much more wallet friendly.

Ken, certainly never 'herd' of that one before, but if it does the job then good for the nurse who recommended it.

Well, if you don’t mind smelling like a packet of polo mints then Uddermint could be the way to go.

I applied a twenty-piece sized amount of cream to my lower back and hip, with it has to be said almost immediate effect, whether this is due to me wanting it to work or it actually does ease the pain, the jury is still out, but I applied it again this morning with the same result.

I’ll get back with a full assessment in a few days time.

Well, I said I would get back to you with my thoughts on Uddermilk so here they are…

There are many excellent reviews promoting the healing powers of this product and I join them in that opinion. I don’t think it is a magic formular for conditions such as spinal surgery but I can honestly say it does ease the superficial pain that often accompanies surgery of this kind. Where I do think it will come into its own is for your everyday aces and pain, join pain etc. I don’t know how it works but once applied you do notice almost immediate relief which last for at least a couple of hours. I’ve been applying it three times a day and I shall continue to do so because it works in easing my pain.

It cost me £25 for 600 ml but due to the amount you need per application I can see it lasting at least two months of daily use.

I’m happy to give Uddermilk a five star rating…Enjoy!
