Re: Strictly 2022
Assuming that it is the viewers vote that is used!
The BBC have never published the voting figures for Strictly, nor anything else for that matter.

It is. I know people who know people. ITV use similar systems and algorithms and don't publish numbers either.

Re: Strictly 2022
Farcical that Tony is still in. Stupid public.
Ellie, she had a good run. But to be honest I thought her dance off was far the better of the two.
Let's see what happens next week at the circus.
The way they are going my prediction is Hamza and Kym in the final.

I don't know what ITV do these days as I have not checked but the certainly published the voting figures for X-Factor immediately after the final show.Mervyn and Trish wrote: 06 Nov 2022, 22:12ITV use similar systems and algorithms and don't publish numbers either.
I do wish that they would use the English language correctly on Strictly. It is "the couple is" not "the couple are" - couple is a singular expression.

Re: Strictly 2022
Thank you for saying that David. I've been saying 'The couple is' to the tv but no one appears to be listening.

Those in the media are the worst particularly when reporting the news and should know better.
As for football pundits I despair.

Re: Strictly 2022
My biggest gripe is when people use ‘F’ instead of the ‘T’ in a word. Example ‘Think’

Re: Strictly 2022
Being the forums expert of misuse of words and their uses in sentences I have wondered (putting those with Dyslexia aside) how much of it is down to reginal dialect, social background or more likely work environment. I know having lived in Redditch the misuse of words is common place.

Hi Ray, my ‘expert’ insertion was supposed to be very tic
I doubt anyone on the forum thinks I’m an expert in anything, especially where the correct use of words is concerned.

Re: Strictly 2022
I got really excited when I saw Shirley Devillie’s hairstyle as I thought any minute now we are going to see 101 Dalmatians piddling all over the dance floor.
As for Motsi hairstyle, it looked like one of the puppies had done a whoopsie.
Molly, Fleur, Kym, Hamza, Helen all outstanding.
There were times when I thought to myself, “if I start crying, I could get myself a place in Blackpool…anyone got a tissue?
Anyhow here it is
It’s Blackpool for Tyler and Fish n Chips for Tony.

Crikey any more tears and they’d all have drowned - ridiculous especially Will! Hope you are right and Tony goes but I think the Arsenal fans are all voting for him

Re: Strictly 2022
There were some good performances tonight but it will be a travesty if Tony ends up in the Tower Ballroom at the expense of a more deserving cause.
Motsi looked as though she had been sponsored by the Tellytubbies as a tribute to Tinky Winky.
