Those that we remember paid the ultimate price for the freedom we enjoy today. The brain dead yobs that set fire to Edinburghs memorial would not understand that. It is one of many acts of vandalism that we continue to witness every day.

The person/s who did this need burying up to their necks in sand with the tide coming in... disgraceful!

You are getting a bit soft in your old age - at one time you would have had them hung, drawn and quartered first!

I was going to say that when they find them then they should be sent to the front line in Ukraine, but on second thoughts the front line in Russia would be a better choice!

I would normally say the same David, but I think if caught and handcuffed I would ask the person or persons WHY, and then take them to a war memorial association to explain their actions followed by a long stint of community service.
