I thought another good news story was yesterday when Dame Irene, owner and Chair of Hays Travel gave all their staff £100 for every year that they have spent working at the company. She said it was an opportunity to demonstrate just how much their excellent work and unwavering loyalty are appreciated.One lady who has been there for over 30 years got a £3,400 bonus.
