How old do you have to be to get another ?
I expect we are probably too young but given the chance, I’d have another but only if Astra Zeneca or Pfizer.
The Moderna one mucked me up for three days after.

Today I had a Sonofi vaccine - not heard of that one before. I think that they like to mix the vaccines to give better protection.

Mine's booked for a couple of weeks' time. I had a message from my surgery. You may not be able to book to see a doctor but they've been very organised with the Covid vaccination programme.

Just booked ours at the local centre On Wednesday. The NHS site says they are using 3 vaccines this spring, Pfizer, Moderna and Sanofi, the latter is a Fench vaccine, all of them have been modified to deal with the latest variants.

I think it probably is, if you compare the severity of the illness prior to a vaccine, and now that we have regular boosters available. Of course anyone who decides they don't need a booster, might actually prove it still packs a punch, but so can flu to the unvaccinated.

I don't disagree with that but it does not mean that it is over - Covid still exists and always will, at least in my lifetime, and whilst vaccinations will, hopefully, reduce the severity if you catch it there is always the possibility that a mutation may emerge that is more serious.

But that just means that covid is now endemic, like flu, because of vaccines it no longer causes a pandemic, and science should keep us abreast of any mutations.

I’m sure there are may ways to look at this but for me Covid is still a pandemic, as is flu in many respects… the reason I say this is that both are unpredictable in the way they mutate. I think the finishing line is where each individual wants to place it but the winning post is a long way off, if present figures are anything to go by.

We had ours this lunchtime, the Sanofi one, didn't feel it going in but my arm feels a bit rough now, French Claret has a similar effect as well.
