Grass was starting to look a bit dry.

Nothing for it but to connect the hose and sprinkler. Luckily the neighbour is out

Not heard of Sea Palling Ray so googled it. My husband and I travelled quite a few times to Norfolk - my son and his girlfriend (now his wife) lived in Long Stratton after they left university. She worked in the John Innes Laboratories and he was in university taking a PGCE course. It was an awful journey - took so long from South Wales but we loved the area - what a contrast to the hills and mountains where I live. There was a Bally shoe factory shop in Norwich - had some bargains there !!! We did a lot of sightseeing when we visited - Cromer, Great Yarmouth, Southwold with the pretty beach huts. Lovely memories!

Cup Final day. It's as special as it used to be . I'll probably watch it but I ain't got much interest. I'm hope they both lose.
