Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2023
Back on track I reckon Nigel Harman must be coming towards the end of his time on the show. He has done really well but the others have made such good progress that he may be getting left behind.
My choice for the Glitterball would be Ellie Leach.

Any one of the remaining pairs could win it, or lose it. Remember that the final vote has nothing to do with dancing but is a popularity vote by the public!

That comment was quite cruel Stephen.Stephen wrote: 20 Nov 2023, 07:42She has finally gone although the length of time she was chomping her gums at the end I thought they might give her a sympathy vote and keep her in.

I think Bobby’s number is up….in the previous weeks show he made some crass comment about his sleeping partner. As David has said we have reached the stage where its not what you do on the dance floor, it’s about their likability factor…I’m sure if I was in the competition I would win it without even putting a foot on the floor…what say you?

Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2023
My money is on Ellie and Leyton in the final three with pretty much any one of other four, though I would slightly lean towards Angela or Bobby. I'd love to see Annabel get there but suspect, along with Nigel, her days are numbered. Then it is just down to the public. The pink vote will have a big influence - one way or the other. Some are just champing at the bit for an LGBT winner, others very uncomfportable with it. So it will come down to the make up of the Strictly voting audience.

I like Angela and would like to see her make up the three in the final.

I’m hoping it will be anyone but Layton…I hate to see grown men - or anything in-between blubbering all over the dance floor

I’m warming towards her now but I’m not so sure voters will like her OTT personality.Stephen wrote: 21 Nov 2023, 14:34I like Angela and would like to see her make up the three in the final.

She was second in the strictly spoiler vote, last week, behind Ellie, but how representative the "cannot wait till Sunday ', watchers compared with the more dedicated strictly fanatics, I dont really know.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2023
It generally tends to get two out of the bottom three right most of the time so it could be reasonably accurate. The last few weeks the top three on the Spoiler have consistently been, in no particular order, Ellie, Angela S and Annabel.towny44 wrote: 21 Nov 2023, 15:21but how representative the "cannot wait till Sunday ', watchers compared with the more dedicated strictly fanatics, I dont really know.

Late viewing of strictly tonight but I can see Bobby and Angela in the bottom two with Angela for the chop.

It wasn’t Laytons best night either. He could be on dodgy ground.

If Layton doesn't go this week then it will be his turn next week - he has very little public support. There is no chance that he will be in the final - unless there is a fix!

I don’t care who makes the final as long as we don’t have to hear more sob stories…the only one we haven’t heard is the one where the next-door neighbour’s dog has eaten their cat.

You're right, he must be short on public support. To drop from third from the bottom to the dance off means he's not pulling the votes.david63 wrote: 26 Nov 2023, 14:33If Layton doesn't go this week then it will be his turn next week - he has very little public support. I think Nigel has a good chance at a shot at the title.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2023
Not sure - he can have good weeks and bad weeks. to me he is one of those contestants who started off being good and hasn't improved as much as some of the others. I would say it is between him and Bobby and it all depends on who can come up with the best sob story!
Is Shirley deliberately voting the opposite to the other judges? She has done this for the last couple of weeks or so.
