Happy Christmas

Unread post by Onelife »

Happy Christmas to all of you who haven’t received a Christmas present from me. :o

Hope you all have a lovely time over Christmas…it won’t be easy for some of you I know but do enjoy the best you can...with I hope your family around you.

Best wishes

Keith

I’m an orphan, the telly’s broke, the boiler has packed up and we’ve no food in the house. Looks like I’ll have to talk to the wife.

Merry bl**dy Christmas 🎄 ;)

Our run up to Christmas was a bit unusual. Trish slipped on ice and broke a bone in her elbow, immobilising her left arm. And she's left handed. So I've been on domestic goddess duties and will be destroying cooking lunch tomorrow.

A lovely surgeon, young enough to be our granddaughter but an expert in elbows, screwed it back together yesterday and she's now safely back home.

Being the kind chap I am I've got her an extra Christmas present, a right-handed iron.

Happy Christmas all.

Just a quip tip Merv. If your cooking tomorrow book the ambulance now as it could get busy tomorrow :D

Give Trish our best wishes and for a speedy recovery.

Out of interest Merv, where did Trish slip on ice, bearing in mind it’s probably the warmest December on record for the UK.

Yup. Black ice.

Or can I say that? Should it be ice of colour?

Must be my special Christmas present from David, I'm being chucked out of the forum several times a day. Weird as I've had no problem for weeks.
