I watched his video and raw is an understatement 😂
Bambi on ice?
However, we are desperate for pace in the team and he has that in spades.
We’ve had two high paid and experienced strikers out, and replaced with two young prospects with pace and power.
Our goal scoring record is abysmal so I’m reckoning that these youngsters won’t be any worse.
Since the new coach came in, we’ve gone from not creating and scoring to creating loads and still not scoring.

I remember many years ago we had someone very similar, Iffy Onoura, you must remember him as he also played for the Gils. He was fast, but he had very little balance control. He would receive the ball and waltz past 3 or 4 defenders leaving them looking slow and ponderous, but once he got near the penalty area he would lose control of the ball and cartwheel his way into the six yard box. However very occasionally he would score a wonder goal, and our supporters loved him.

Iffy was great for us and is considered a bit of a legend at Priestfield.
He was guest of honour a few months back.
He was instrumental in our promotion to the Championship in 2000.
He scored the first against Wigan at Wembley playoff final.
Happy days 😄

I was rather pleased when we were 4 _ 2 up against the plodgers yesterday, but it didn't last. Still we have taken 4 points from them, and scored 8 goals in our last two outings. Now if we can keep Ross Barkley, and he doesn't get injured we may survive to play another season in the Premiership.

Another spirited display yesterday Frank. I was quite amazed when you went 4-2 up against the barcodes especially playing away from home. It's quite an intimidating place when filled with passionate Geordies so the Hatters did well. With a bit of luck and a fair following wind they could well survive for another year in the Prem although for little clubs it's always going to be a struggle.
I can think of a fair few clubs I would like to see relegated before the likes of Luton. Good luck!!
(Actually I wouldn't mind seeing the likes of Ross Barkley in a blue Foxes shirt!!! He's been a good buy for you).

Barkley is a class act. There are a couple of others, and Elijah Adebayo is no slouch. Rob Edwards and his team are shrewd operators. I am just enjoying the style of play, and sporting my Hatters fleece around Bournemouth.

Adebayo was almost a Terrier, but Luton must have sounded more exciting as he decided to go there instead, we could certainly have done with some of his goals these past few seasons.

Football chatter saying that Eustace or Parkinson from Wrexham are favourites for the Terriers job !
I’d prefer Eustace.
Parkinson has done well but with a huge player budget for non league and league two.

Not heard Parkinson mentioned on any Terrier chatter, But Eustace or Heckingbottom seem to be at the top of the list.

I think Adebayo is up for an award. he has come on a lot with Rob Edwards coaching.

Down to earth with a bump Yesterday. Put four past Brighton and then Newcastle, and then they cant score against the bottom team. Although as one of my friends put it, it takes two teams to play football, Sheffield came for the draw and got lucky. Onwards and hopefully.....upwards.

Watched it live on the iFollow John, and it was as good an away performance as is possible.
Looking at the stats, Gills only had 28% possession and yet totally bossed the game.
It could/should have been more comfortable score wise but no complaints except missing chances again.
County have a pass, pass pass policy that Clemence has been trying to implement for us.
This stat shows clearly that possession for possession sake means nothing.
I think we’re going to come late to the promotion party and shake em up this season.

A very exciting 2-2 last night against a better than expected Swindon.
Went 1-0 down then 2-1 up and Swindon equalised four minutes into the six added on.
After that Gills had two more excellent chances with the Swindon keeper pulling off an absolute worldie save from the last kick of the game.
It was played like a cup tie.
Fantastic entertainment.
A huge shout out to the young Watford loanee Hurtado.
What a find.
He just gets the ball and takes off.
So exciting to watch.
His mazy run won him a penalty

I've been impressed by Luton the past few games I have watched them. They looked a right handful against Manu and made some very expensive stars look very ordinary. In consequence they frustrated Manu but had some very dangerous attacks themselves. It's a pity they gave away a soft goal early on but the likes of Barkley and Doughty caused Manu a few problems and they have a good fighting spirit. The goalkeeper had a good game as well.
Meanwhile it doesn't look good for Burnley and Sheff Utd. It's ironic really that those with automatic promotion have struggled whereas teams who have gone up via the playoffs have fared better.

Meanwhile my lot were dreadful against Middlesbrough. Top of the league you're 'avin a laugh. I hope they have got that out of the system before they play Leeds on Friday night.

We’ve had to send our exciting Watford loanee back.
Swindon have broken him.
He was chopped down on numerous occasions and it seems his knee is injured.
Don’t know how bad

Do you think your team could inflict some long term injuries on Leeds, we play them on our next home game, and could do with all the help we can get, even with a new manager.

It seems that the young Watford lad has cartilage damage and may need an operation.
What a shame for the lad.
He made three impact sub appearances and certainly made an impact.
It’s not surprising that some clubs are reluctant to send youngsters out to league two when opposition players literally kick lunps of s**t out of them.
The treatment he got against Swindon was terrible and little protection from the ref.
Sure the ref gave the penalty when he was wiped out but only a yellow for Blake-Tracey when it was an off the ground two footed tackle.
He should have been booked ten minutes before for cutting the lad down in midfield.
Another player pulled him back when away on the halfway line and didn’t get a card.
I have no wish for VAR in the lower divisions but the referees really need to up their game.

I'm not sure that VAR can be used if a ref fails to give a yellow, it can intervene if it thinks a yellow card was more serious however.

If they play like they did against Middlesbrough they wouldn't fight their way out of a paper bag. It was painful to watch. Memories of last season.

Where is Moby, I must thank his Watford team for generously allowing us to win today, the first time this season that we have come back from a goal down to win. Unfortunately three of the teams below us also won today.

Keeps you in the game though Towny !
We had a good win against Hollywood FC
They looked good in the first half but all in all, it was about as comfortable as a 1-0 can be.
Given their squad spend is more than double the next nearest rival, we expected a bit more fire power but they had good possession but hardly a shot on goal.
We are playing Salford (the Man Utd glory boys ) on Saturday.
Should be interesting, because we've been pretty good away.

For 80 minutes we outplayed them and should have been well out of sight but for some dreadful finishing then we just caved in to them in the last 10 minutes and a couple of deflected shots did for us. Hopefully you do better than we did.
