I think what Dianne has managed to achieve with Chris is nothing short of amazing but you are right, there are many better dancers in the pack now and it surely is time for him to step down.
It will be interesting to see whether OL's predictions prove correct this week before I go to the bookies.

Based on his previous predictions I would keep your money in your pocket

It was good to see Amy looking well and no hint of anything serious.

I agree with David about whoever was singing the Shirley Bassey song. Why on earth did they not use Shirley herself? I agree also about Wynne, I think his journey has come to an end. I wouldn't like to guess who will win in the end, so much is down to how much a particular person is liked by the public rather than their dancing ability. I think judging Chris is extremely difficult when one considers what he has achieved, he said he had no idea what Hallowe'en looked like other than having it described to him. I really didn't like his makeup, I know it's meant to be gruesome and for me it was certainly that.

I’m rarely far off the mark when it comes to my predictions, as was the case with “betterdaysahead” which trounced it’s field on Friday…I fully expect you all to be singing my praises latter on tonight  …if however the unthinkable happens then you can all give me a bloody good slapping… Ouch! no wet hands please

It's despicable what the trolls do especially to someone coping with a disability. But would she (and other celebrities) not find it more prudent to avoid social media which provides a forum for any clown to voice their vile abuse.

It is disgraceful but not unusual in the social media environment, all are seeking some kind of recognition so one must expect a fair helping of inadequate spiteful trolls who hide behind their laptops.

We should all show them that trolls can never win by voting for Tasha every week… :D

I thought Tasha’s freedom dance was very good.

A hard one to call for the dance off, but It could be 🔮 ……Pete and Sam.

This week’s bottom two are Pete and Wynne,

So, it’s hello Pete goodbye Wynne.
Presumably your crystal ball is a week in advance :o

I'm beginning to think that OL would pick the wrong horse in a one horse race :shh:

Reported in our local rag that Amy has had to stand down for the rest of the series due to an injury.
Sad to hear for the poor lass if it's true.

It is reported that she has a foot injury. My guess is that it is something to do with having broken her foot last year and she has aggravated it. Just hope, for Merve's sake, that it isn't the end of her SCD career.

I suspect the same as you.

On the plus side it means she's free to pop round to mine for a coffee....

Big improvement on the dress code for the judges.

Tasha, new version of a quick step but I loved it…. Craig needs to be careful if it doesn’t want as many detractors as me.

Shayne, what he did he did well, but could others have danced it better? That being said, he is improving week on week.

Sarah, she may not have the legs of Tasha but she certainly knows how to use them…Blackpool awaits.

Pete, I was in tears before he even stepped on the dance floor… I did however pull myself together once he started dancing as dancing from the heart gave it that little bit extra…. Oh gawd, here I go again, anyone got a tissue?

JB, someone on this forum said JB wouldn’t get pass the first few weeks…how wrong was I…
Get well soon Amy x

Jamie, the chemistry between them was electrifying, so much so that I felt myself getting a little aroused… however, I did think his partner overshadowed his performance.

Wynne, a few more pound off with a cholesterol reading to be proud of.
When you take into consideration his size, he’s really nimble on his feet.

Montell, well, she’s had a good run but the nearest she’s going to get to Blackpool is Yarmouth pleasure beach…I clearly didn’t see what the judges saw.

Chris, if you didn’t know he was blind it would be hard to tell the difference…. doing that spin without sight was truly amazing.

Well, continuing my good run of form :) this week bottom two are Shayne and Montell

So its hello Montell goodbye Shayne.

Not sure about that - I would also add Wynne as a possibility.

Did not like the way that everyone was going over the top last night about Chris - obviously going for the sympathy vote. I am not taking anything away from the guy as what he has achieved is nothing short of incredible and the amount of time and patience that Dianne (and others) have put in cannot be underestimated but, unfortunately, he is not the best dancer in the show (although as we know that has nothing to do with it).

Another sympathy vote for Pete as he is probably coming towards the end of his time on the show.

I think Wynne and Shayne in the dance off with Shayne to go. Pete was better this week, they all are when they do their Couple's Choice. He'll be back in trouble next week. Sarah is now my favorite to win.
