Bit late in posting as Iโ€™ve been out sourcing some Roses for you, which incidentally go by the name of โ€œRoyal Occasionโ€ ;) :)

Hope you have a fragrantly happy Birthday Carole.

Thank you all very much. As I'm not at home I'm sure my Royal Occasion roses will be waiting on my return! I'm with my daughters and sister-in-law in Bath for a few days. We had a lovely meal at a small French restaurant in the city where we first visited a year ago. We enjoyed it so much we decided to return. This evening we're returning to another city restaurant we've been to before. Once we've found somewhere we really like we tend to go back. My daughters have gone off to do some Christmas Shopping and to visit the Christmas Market in the Abbey precinct. I'm enjoying sitting in what was once a lovely Regency first floor drawing room, now converted into a spacious bedroom. The weather could be better, a bit dreary and with occasional drizzle but sun is forecast for tomorrow. Bath is looking splendid with its myriad of white lights everywhere. Many thanks again for your good wishes.
