Can’t see her going all the way to the final so that only leaves Lewis, George and Karen…As for La Voix, elimination can’t come soon enough for me

Maybe last nights dance off should have been La Voix and another dancer? who just bounced around the floor, based on PERFORMANCE.

I think La Voix had a bad hair day. Surely he/she cannot last much longer.

Not surprising really…when you’re asking 60+ year olds to put their bodies into positions that you would only find in the script of Fifty Shades of Grey something going to give.

Tell your friend to go out and buy the book…but just for you David…
"Before I know it, he's got both of my hands in one of his in a vice-like grip above my head, and he's pinning me to the wall using his hips"
Rumour has it that Stefan needs a hip replacement
Oh! And when Merv gets back from his radio station he'll have a lot of explaining to do…I’ve told Trish

Just seen on the news that Claudia and Tess are stepping down from hosting Strictly Come Dancing. Is this going to be the end of the series I wonder or is it such a successful series that the BBC will want to introduce two new presenters? A difficult job for anyone to take over.

Putting my cynical hat on I would say it is to do with money - they want more and the Beeb said no.CaroleF wrote: 23 Oct 2025, 10:51Just seen on the news that Claudia and Tess are stepping down from hosting Strictly Come Dancing. And now all we will get is, who do you think should take over.
It's already started in the likes of facecloth groups, and soon the press will get onboard, yawn

Sounds like a opportunity for an experienced presenter like me. I'll ask Amy to have a word.

Correction. It's just the one day a week although you have to pretend you've worked for a second day. The pressure on them must be intense.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2025
Are you saying that the Sunday show is not live? Everyone says that they are there on the Sunday as they are always saying "yesterday" - that would mean they are all telling porkies and that would never happen on the Beeb!oldbluefox wrote: 24 Oct 2025, 06:59Correction. Re: Strictly Come Dancing 2025
I could manage a day a week for the pittance they pay.
I'm not sure why people get so strung up about the results show being recorded. We do all know there is very little live TV these days don't we? And when, for example, Richard Osman says on his quiz show we'll be back tomorrow he actually means in half an hour after the celebs have changed their clothes, because all five days are recorded in one day. And the King doesn't really have to miss his Christmas afternoon nap to deliver his speech. And when it's snowing in Darrowby it's actually July.
