Back Home again
Hi All
Just back off another wonderful cruise, we had terrific weather and really felt the cold when I returned home. Unfortunatley, we were dissapointed that we couldn`t use our balcony and the new procedure for disembarkation was utter choas and hope P&O get it sorted out before my next one.
Hope you are all well

What have P&O changed ?
We worked out on our very first cruise that you can get off at the end whenever you like as the crew don't actualy check on if it is your time to leave, did the same on our second and again just got off when we liked rather than at P&O's alloted time so no sitting in the theater for 2 hours.

The coloured card system was not used and we were given a leaftlet with our name on, the times and areas for disembarkation, but no information regarding that all who lived in your area were getting off at the same time. As a result, people travelling to the same part of the country had various disembarkation times which resulted in an eavesway coach leaving without a couple bound for sheffield, they had instructions to leave the ship at 9.50am the rest were all off by 9am fortunaltey for them we had spare seats on our coach. Then a couple on our coach who were missing boarded at 10.30am and we were all on the bus at 9.00am, apparantely they had instructions to leave the ship at 10.10am, luckily for them our driver waited which was also fortunate for the couple from sheffield.
BTW
Love your name
