friday 31st may
Had another wonderful family day. We took our eldest 2 grandsons (7 & 3) to the Royal Bath and West Show. The weather played right into our hands, one of the hottest days this year so far, met up with more family, and generally had a wonderful day. The boys enjoyed the trick motorcyclist, sitting in a helicopter and on a very old Ferguson tractor, seeing all the animals including Llamas and Alpacas. Now granny and granddad are worn out and ready for an early night to get ready for a high class wedding tomorrow and a bbq on sunday. What a wonderful week-end.

Great day out @ Royal Bath, what a joy for you

We have had a busy day replenishing the Freezer, fruit bowl, biscuit tin and drinks non alcoholic cabinet
Polishing finger prints of mirrors and the odd spillage plus clearing chockie wrappers in the loo
BUT we had a wonderful four days of having six of our lovely grand kiddiwinks staying at gfw towers
They asked if they could come again during the summer holidays
Just a little knackered, but a little wiser regarding modern day gadgets etc etc

Hi Graham,
I know what you mean!! had our 3 grandchildren (all boys aged 7, 3and 1) here today, grass all over the carpets, food and drink spilt on carpet, sweetie wrappers under chairs etc, finger prints on the windows and glass top tables, will take me all day tomorrow to clean up, but wouldn't change it for the world!! "can we come again next Sunday Granny and play Skylanders on the wII ( I knew there was an ulterior motive).
