RIP Georgia Williams

I am always terribly shocked and horrified by senseless murder; but the latest abduction of Georgia, which we now know is murder, has hit home in a new way. Georgia and the young man arrested for her murder are both from Telford (my home town), and I have many friends who live in Wellington, the area where her family live. I know people who know them ... and it is all the more horrific for being so close to home. My prayers and thoughts go with Georgia's family and friends.

Another tragic story.

My heart goes out to the parents and friends of Georgia.
Another community ripped apart , made worse by the fact that the person charged was also known to them.

My thoughts are also with the parents and family of the accused person. They will have a different kind of pain to go through. As parents we bring our children into the world with such high hopes for their future yet in an instant everything can change.
