BAD! Giant, don't you be blowing your cider money on special peelers or lumps of cubic zircona will you?

Re: Selly Telly
I've just bought a Lorus chronometer from Bid. Including postage, it cost less than £38. Cheapest online price I've been able to find so far is £63, so I'm happy with my purchase.
Bid do quite a few bargains - my mum's bought a load - but you do have to add in the cost of delivery and the phone call (which they now remind you about all the time - never used to), so it may not always work out at a bargain. As with anything else, it's only a good "buy" if it's something you wanted in the first place.
On balance, I would give it neither a thumbs up nor a thumbs down.

it's something to watch when with a mate - so you can shriek about the utter tat - and the prices - who will pay £1000s for something sight unseen?
