I was watching football until 7.30 pm then Splash! On the face of it, just a rubbish programme but actually to see those contestants learning to dive (I can't) and perhaps being afraid of heights as well, is amazing. It's obviously not as easy as it looks !

I just switch off and listen to music instead, OH is usually in his study watching some sort of sport so I have control of the remote
